Jurgen Klopp’s team is still leaking with the league crown, but will want an answer on Saturday noon.

They welcome a Bournemouth team that is in the bottom three and in desperate need of points.

They lost at home to Liverpool 3-0 in December, but Eddie Howe and his teammates are heading to Merseyside in hopes of catching the Reds cold and prolonging their poor race.

Liverpool vs Bournemouth: What has been said?

Liverpool striker Sadio Mane said: “We have another important game against Bournemouth and then Wednesday (against Atletico), so we will be ready and we will come back.

“It can happen in football and we are used to it. We just have to keep working hard and keep going if we are to be great champions. “

Jurgen Klopp said: “There may be times when I get mad at the players, but I haven’t gotten mad at the players this week.

“From a common sense point of view, if I go to a meeting and yell at them like they’ve lost the last 10 games in a row because of a bad attitude, it would be really strange.

“I am not interested in the fact that after the meeting I feel better. I’m interested in boys getting the right information and it can be more emotional – I wouldn’t say angry – or less emotional.

“If you need to analyze, you analyze and the analysis is not really emotional. He’s looking at the facts and we just weren’t good enough. It’s the easy answer. “
