Wales’ last game before the World Cup is on Sunday against Poland.
The Dragons are due to face England, USA and Iran in Qatar and should use this game as a chance to work on tactics and team selection.
Robert Page’s men were narrowly beaten by Belgium last week and have yet to win a game in their UEFA Nations League group.
Meanwhile, Poland are just three points clear of their opponents and could be relegated if they lose by three or more goals at the Cardiff City Stadium.
But their only win of the competition came against Wales in June.

Wales against Poland: what was said?
Rob Page: “This is the game we want to win on Sunday. It’s a final,” Page said.
“There have been lessons learned here for the World Cup. I told them in the locker room, we asked for that.
“By qualifying for the World Cup, we ask to face nations like Belgium, like Holland, and we were in the matches until the end. That says a lot about this group of players.
“It’s the character of the players – they will never give up. We’ve proven that time and time again against world-class opponents.
