Fred Durst launched a bold new look in a selfie that was shared on his Instagram account on Tuesday – sending fans into a frenzy.
The 50-year-old Limp frontman Bizkit shied away from his instantly recognizable sense of style in favor of an all-new ensemble in which he kissed his silver hair and tried on a handlebar mustache.
Fans were quick to comment below the photo, with some comparing her look to those of David Spade, Jon Bon Jovi, Hulk Hogan and even Richard Gere.

The singer’s photo also happens to be the only image left on his Instagram account, as he previously deleted all other content he had shared.
Durst was dressed in a pastel orange button-down shirt while taking the selfie.
His salt and pepper hair, which he was known to shave and darken with various hats, remained flowing and long in the blink of an eye.

The musician also sported a well-cropped handlebar mustache, which contrasted with his once-recognizable goatee.
He also wrote a short message in the caption of the article that read “Thinking of you 70” and added a UFO emoji.
The singer is best known for his work with Limp Bizkit, which he co-founded in 1994.
The group went on to achieve widespread commercial success, in part propelled by their antagonistic attitudes and stage antics.
The group had previously been nominated for two Grammy Awards in 2000, and they were presented at the annual ceremony the following year, although they never won the accolades.

They are currently working on their long-awaited sixth studio album, Stampede of the Disco Elephants, which has been in development since 2011.
The band’s guitarist, Wes Borland, recently appeared on the Drinks With Johnny podcast and spoke about how Durst was the main factor behind the project’s delay.
Specifically, the musician noted that the singer “has always been dissatisfied with the vision, I guess”.

He also said the rapper has recorded with the group several times, although the singer has given up on his efforts.
“We have probably 35 songs recorded instrumentally, and he did vocals on it, then threw in the vocals – did vocals and then [gone], “F *** that,” [and] thrown, he said.
The guitarist went on to say that Durst was close to finalizing a set of tracks for the next studio effort, which he hoped to release in the near future.

He specifically noted that Durst ‘went from being a sweetheart to everyone’s most hated person … he’s so talented, and I love him so much as a brother, but if he’s not. not ready to do it, he is not ready to do it there. ‘
