Frank Lampard has now lost eight of his ten games since returning to Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea in 12th place heading into the final weekend of the campaign.
In what has been a turbulent year on and off the pitch, the Blues have had four different managers, while splashing £600million on new players.
However, a Chelsea man has enjoyed a stunning tenure, with Colwill, who is coming to the end of his loan spell at Brighton, helping the Seagulls secure Europa League football.
The 20-year-old has played regularly since Roberto De Zerbi took charge of the Amex Stadium.

talkSPORT understands Chelsea view the defender as a key player for the club following his impressive form.
But Colwill risked upsetting supporters following a social media post after Chelsea’s humiliating defeat.
A popular Brighton fan tweeted during the game: “Hey man how’s your night going?”
to which he replied after the full-time whistle with a picture of him and team-mate Billy Gilmour, who joined Brighton from Chelsea last summer, all smiles.
Holding up four fingers with a big smile, Colwill captioned the photo, “Brilliant.”
His post comes after the youngster praised Brighton for trusting him when other clubs wouldn’t.
He told The Athletic: “Brighton did a lot for me. They trusted me when others didn’t and I’m a person who likes to pay that back. We’ll see.
“I don’t know what’s going to happen (to Chelsea).”
Asked if another loan deal could be considered, he said: “Who knows, we’ll see what happens this summer.
“I love the Brighton fans, I love everything about them (the club). I will take that into account.”
