While the national team season just ended last week with the European juniors, the club season is due to kick off on Thursday with the Champions League first qualifying round.
A few former greats shed light on the Champions League first qualifying round, such as seven-time winners Mladost of Croatia and legendary 80s and 90s Hungary side Vasas, and Montenegro’s top two sides Primorac and Jadran.
The top three ranked teams from Groups A, C, D and the top two ranked teams from Group B will advance to the Champions League second qualifying round. The remaining teams will participate in the preliminary round of the Challenger Cup.
All four tournaments are broadcast live on LEN TV and matches can also be followed on our dedicated website via livecoring – see www.len.eu
