The Glee star, 37, opted for a casual-chic ensemble while answering a phone call on the go.
She also wore a sling holding her arm after suffering an unexplained injury in recent days.
The stage and screen star revealed she had to use a sling earlier this month in a since-defunct Instagram Stories post.
