Kyle Sandilands called in sick for the second day in a row on KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
The producers were again forced to play old clips from the archives to fill the morning slot.
A representative for KIIS FM told Daily Mail Australia on Thursday that Kyle was unwell, but did not provide information about his illness.

They have since confirmed that Kyle and co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson will be back next year, as Friday was the last show.
Sandilands has hosted the show with stand-in presenter Brittany Hockley for the past two weeks, after her longtime co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson stepped down for an undisclosed period due to health reasons.
But bad luck struck again on Thursday after Kyle failed to get it to work, forcing producers to play old clips from The Kyle And Jackie O show instead.
Kyle had previously admitted his health was not at his best, telling listeners last year that his doctor was “very worried” and warned that he could “die instantly” as his “blood pressure is at its height”.

The shock athlete said the doctor told him he needed to de-stress instantly to control his blood pressure.
He said his doctor even asked about his drug use, but Kyle reassured him that he hadn’t touched cocaine in a long time.
Kyle’s latest health battle comes weeks after Henderson announced she was stepping down from her KIIS FM breakfast show due to health reasons.

Jackie, who had been coughing and sounding bad on air for weeks, explained that she had suffered from poor health since contracting Covid-19 a few months ago and needed a rest appropriate to recover from the virus.
She told listeners she would not be on the air for the next “two weeks” and did not specify a return date.
Given that the end of the ratings year isn’t far away, however, there’s a real possibility that it won’t return until early 2023.
While Jackie has been streaming from home for the past few weeks, she was still struggling with early starts and doctors advised her to take extended leave.

“I haven’t been very well since I had Covid…I’m struggling with this fatigue,” she said.
“I went to the doctor several times and he said because I pushed myself every day, after the show, all I did was sleep and I’m not getting better.”
“I feel like it’s worse. I can hear it,’ replied her co-host Kyle, who noted that Jackie couldn’t even laugh without going into a coughing fit.
“I just have to take some time off,” Henderson added. “I’m finishing the show today. Like now.
She continued, “You know how much this show means to me. You know how hard I push through everything, and I wouldn’t do this unless I absolutely had to.
“Without going into details, I’m fine. I just…’ she said then, before Sandilands asked her gravely, ‘Are you dying? Do you have cancer?
She replied that she was not dying and did not have cancer, but just needed “serious and proper rest” on doctor’s orders.

“He basically said, ‘If you keep doing this, it’s going to get worse,’ and I took his advice,” she said.
“I rarely take advice from doctors, I’m usually like, ‘No, it’ll be fine.’ [But] at least I’ll be better and I’ll be back with you soon.
When Kyle asked for a delay on his return, Jackie said, “It’s just for a few weeks, guys.”
He then joked that it was all a ruse because twice-divorced Henderson secretly “took a lover” – which she denied.
“It’s just the rest, beginning, it’s kind of like that,” she said.
