Today, KRUK announced the allocation of 25 million PLN Series AN1 bonds. Subscriptions totaled PLN 46.2 million, resulting in a 45.8% reduction in subscription orders. The bonds, issued under the ninth bond program, were offered to retail investors. The price per bond is equal to its nominal value of 100 PLN. The bonds pay interest at a variable rate, based on 3M WIBOR plus a fixed margin of 4.0 percentage points per annum.
