Kourtney Kardashian has revealed that she has stopped her IVF journey with husband Travis Barker and will impose a sex ban on him.
The latest came in an interview given to promote her new range of vitamins and supplements, called Lemme – which came with a sexy nude photo shoot.
During an interview with WSJ, Kourtney, 43, a mother of three, said, “We started an IVF journey, but I quit. It was a lot. I took a break to just focus on our wedding and our marriage.

Oh wow! Kourtney also said she would put Travis on a sex ban this fall as part of an Ayurvedic Panchakarma cleansing.
The couple have been very open about wanting a child together – Travis, 46, is the father of Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 23 years,
He shares them with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 47. Atiana is the daughter of former boxer Oscar De La Hoya, 49.
Kourtney also said she will put Travis on a sex ban this fall.
She said the thing she has enjoyed most about her wellness journey is a Ayurvedic Panchakarma cure, which she will repeat this year.
She said: ‘You may have seen it on our show. It’s all those things you can’t do: no sex, no caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar. You have to eat this really clean and strict diet and you do it for five days’
Adding: ‘It’s to reset your body. You do all that – and it cleans [the toxins from] your fabrics. And then you go to this spa and you do treatments every day for four hours.
She said: ‘You may have seen it on our show. It’s all those things you can’t do: no sex, no caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar. You have to eat this really clean and strict diet and you do it for five days.
‘It’s to reset your body. You do all that – and it cleans [the toxins from] your fabrics. And then you go to this spa and do treatments every day for four hours.
“Everything is very ritualistic and has a purpose, and it’s fascinating. I was doing it mostly to cleanse my body [in preparation to] I hope to have a baby.
When asked if it was difficult for her to abstain, she replied: “Yes, in a way. But the reward on the other side – when you can’t have something and you have it, right?

“It’s like I can’t wait to see all the obvious things, but I also like the simpler things like I can’t wait to have caffeine.” It’s definitely about moderation and being kind to yourself…
“If I go to Cabo, I definitely drink margaritas and chips and guacamole. It’s all about balance.
During the interview, Kourtney explained how healthy eating wasn’t something she embraced later in life, as she said “we had really unhealthy food in our house.” when she was a child.
She said: ‘It was the 80s! We had really unhealthy food in our house. Everyone ate French fries and Lunchables and Animal Biscuits which were pink and white with sprinkles.
“But there was a health food store in Los Angeles – it was called Mrs Gooch’s, and when I went to [friends’] homes that had Mrs. Gooch’s snacks, I would be excited because they tasted so different from the snacks I had at home.
She said it was her son Mason who inspired her wellness journey:
‘When I had Mason [her 12-year-old son with ex-partner Scott Disick] that’s when I really started my wellness journey,” she said.
‘He is very intelligent. He’ll say, ‘The person was bad because they let me have Cheetos.’
But he sometimes craves fast food, saying, “Today I had my one-on-one with my son [Mason] and he said, “Mom, I need McDonald’s fries today, please. I haven’t had it for a year. ‘I was like, ‘Today is not the day, sorry.’
Kourtney admits she takes up to 30 supplements a day and opened up about her lifestyle brand Poosh’s candle collaboration with Gwyneth Paltrow called This Smells Like My Pooshy.
She said: ‘Kim connected us, and [Gwyneth] texted me and said, “I think it would be so empowering for women to show that teaming up together [has more of an impact than] pitting them against each other. »
“She was very attached to that and I loved that. Everyone has their own way of doing things and I just feel like there’s so much room for everyone in there. We should support each other!’

She said: ‘Nicole has really helped. She was one of my only friends to have had children before me. She was like, you have to buy this book, Super Baby Food, and it was about doing [your own] baby food.
“It taught me about organics and honestly changed my life on how I started eating.”

“Finally,” she said. “Five years later, my passion/work baby is finally launching into the world.”
