‘I am terrified!’ Kit Harington reveals he and wife Rose Leslie are expecting their second child together
Kit Harington has revealed he and wife Rose Leslie are expecting their second child together and admitted he was “terrified”.
The actor, 36, made the happy announcement during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The Game Of Thrones star was talking about his infant son – whose name has not been released – when he confirmed the news.
Kit said, “He’s about to have the shock of his life, which is to say he’s about to have a sibling.”
The actor later confirmed that Rose was pregnant with their second child and admitted he was worried about welcoming another child into the family.

He said, “You know, with the first baby, you walk on clouds and dance through fields and daisies for nine months?” Well, the man is anyway.
“This time the reality check is much shorter and you get practical, like really fast.”
Kit went on to say that he and Rose tried to explain to their toddler that he was going to have a sibling but “didn’t conceptually understand it yet.”
He said: “We’re trying to get him ready and we’re pointing to Rose’s belly and we’re going, ‘Mama’s baby, mommy’s baby,’ and he’s pointing to her belly and saying, ‘My baby, my baby.
Kit and Rose met while filming their hit HBO show Game of Thrones and started dating in 2011.
They announced their engagement to The Times newspaper in September 2017 and married the following June in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
Rose was seen visibly pregnant in September 2020 and their son was first spotted in February 2021, although the couple have never confirmed his birth.
