The reality personality, 38, donned a black catsuit for the fashion event, adding a pair of diamond-encrusted shorts with a corset top.

Accompanying layered cross pendant necklaces, she wore a clutch to match the ensemble.

The new collection was designed in collaboration with Kim, with looks featuring a slew of her signature corseted and distressed pieces, as models donned “KIM” chokers as they walked the runway.
And releasing a limited collection on their website after the show, shoppers can now pick up a £150 Dolce & Gabbana t-shirt with a print of Kim eating pasta on it.
The collab, dubbed “Ciao, Kim”, was teased via social media over the next few days – with a slew of vintage Hollywood-style ads featuring Kim.
She once again channeled iconic actress Marilyn Monroe in the new campaign, which even saw her face projected onto the building of Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan store.
And looking the epitome of Italian glamour, an advert showed her peroxide blonde hair bundled up as she ate a traditional ice cream cone, surrounded by nagging paparazzi.
