Happy Saturday everyone.
The Kentucky Wildcats are in London, England for the first time in program history to take on the Michigan Wolverines. The Cats are 5-2 this season with the two losses to the only Power 5 opponents they’ve faced so far: Michigan State and Gonzaga.
It’s early December and the regular program mantra is “We play for March,” but it looks like a big game for the Cats. They have only a few more chances to get a win against good teams to build this summary of the start of the season tournament. Wins against North Florida, Bellarmine and others are nice and all but those wins don’t move the needle for the committee.
The Cats were in a similar situation last season as they lost their first two power five teams (Duke and Notre Dame) before beating North Carolina and running away. Will we see the same results this season?

Deion in Colorado will be fun. He will have players…very good players…and it looks like he can coach so far.

Colorado is an interesting place for Deion Sanders. It’s hard work and I thought he would hold out a bit longer for a place with a more fertile recruiting area.
Congratulation!!!
