Weekend Sunrise host Matt Doran recently got engaged to Kendall Bora, who is the executive producer of rival breakfast show Weekend Today.
And over the weekend, the couple couldn’t hold hands while shopping in Potts Point, Sydney.
Kendall wrapped her arms around Matt’s shoulders during the afternoon stroll, flaunting her diamond engagement ring in the process.

The Channel Nine employee styled her brunette hair in a top knot and dressed casually in denim shorts and a shirt.
Matt, who is considered one of Seven’s best stars and a natural successor to host the week-long edition of Sunrise once David ‘Kochie’ Koch retired, looked dapper in boat shoes, beige shorts and a black button-down shirt.
The TV host asked Kendall the question on New Years Eve.

Last week it was revealed that Matt gifted Kendall with the stunning ‘Trilogy’ ring from Sydney-based luxury jeweler House of K’dor.
The piece of jewelry features a stunning square cut diamond in the center, with two solitaire diamonds placed on either side on a beautiful gold band.
The three rocks are said to represent the past, present and future of a couple.

Matt announced their engagement on Instagram earlier this month, sharing a photo gallery of the couple in the moments after Kendall said ‘yes’.
He explained in the caption that he made a few failed attempts to surprise his girlfriend with a proposal before it all came together on New Years Eve.
“ Regardless, she always said yes, and I am now the luckiest man in the cosmos … and officially sleeping with the enemy, ” he wrote, referring to the fact that the couple works for rival television networks.

The lovebirds started dating in 2019 after being introduced by mutual friends, but it was a ‘slow burn’ before things between them developed further.
Kendall was previously in a relationship with I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! welcomes Dr Chris Brown, 42, for about two years, before going their separate ways in 2018.
Matt dated Justine Schofield, celebrity chef and former MasterChef star, from 2014 to 2017. Justine is now dating Brent Staker, retired AFL player.
