It comes after Kelly spent New Years in Venice with boyfriend Jeremy Parisi, 36, and the couple shared a romantic photo aboard a gondola in the romantic city.
Speaking to Instagram, Jeremy simply captioned the photo with a red heart emoji after flying to Italy after Christmas at their London home.
Recently, Kelly shed some light on her relationship with Jeremy, who she has been dating since 2015.

She said MailOnline: ‘I love my boyfriend, I love my job, my garden, my freedom, I love to travel.
“The things that made me happy now are not what I thought would make him in my thirties.
“It’s harder to have children after 40, I know.
“But if it’s something you don’t really want to do, that’s okay. I didn’t really want to have kids. I didn’t want to get married and that’s okay. It’s good to say that now.
