The reality TV star is now facing the threat of arrest by police after failing to appear at a court hearing regarding his bankruptcy.
The court heard that Katie The personal assistant had sent a statement from a consultant psychiatrist saying she suffered from anxiety and depression, as well as other problems affecting her mental health.
Lawyers for the trustees in Katie’s first bankruptcy asked the judge to order her attendance at a future hearing and said she should be “warned” that she could be arrested if she did not attend.
Darragh Connell, representing the trustees, told the court: “It is important that she is made aware that this is a possibility.”
In his written submissions he said: “The respondent must be in no doubt that any future absence without reasonable excuse will constitute contempt of court and will necessitate an application for a warrant of arrest against her.
“Like any other litigant, the respondent must comply with the orders of the Insolvency and Companies Court or face serious consequences.”
Mr Connell said Katie had known about the hearing “for a considerable time” and her evidence “is simply not enough”.

Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time after failing to pay more than £750,000 in unpaid taxes last month.
He said: “It is clear that the evidence filed very late is of a deeply, deeply unsatisfactory variety and that we therefore find ourselves in a very serious situation.
“In these circumstances, the administrators are deeply concerned that what is happening here is an eleventh-hour attempt to throw things into the long grass and that this should not be allowed to happen.”
Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Mark Mullen said “equally brief” letters had been sent ahead of previous court hearings which Ms Price had also not attended.
While describing the court as “sympathetic” to people with health problems, he said: “There is a consistent pattern of seeking last-minute adjournments on the basis of scant medical evidence.
“This cannot continue on such unsatisfactory grounds.”
Judge Mullen ordered that Katie attend the next hearing unless she gives a reasonable excuse and provides medical information so that adjustments can be made to “facilitate” her testimony.
He said: “It is a fact that those who fail to appear for public examinations without reasonable excuse risk being arrested.
“It is important that Ms Price is under no illusion that, like any other bankrupt, she is expected to be present unless there are reasonable grounds why she should be excused.”

The amount Katie owes is made up of unpaid taxes from her self-assessment of income between 2020 and 2022.

Katie allegedly shared sexual videos and photographs of the former cage fighter, 48. Alex sued his ex-wife for “disseminating private information – some of which was sexual in nature,” which he claimed “violated her right to privacy.”

Last month a High Court judge ruled that she was declared bankrupt after an HMRC official said she had not paid the sums owed or responded to any correspondence since the application was made. made for unpaid tax last year.
This is the second bankruptcy for Katie, who is being pursued by her creditors for a £3.2million payment following the collapse of her company Jordan Trading Ltd, which sells perfumes and cosmetics.
Judge Sebastion Prentis sitting in the Rolls Building of the High Court said Katie was served with a petition on November 27, 2023 with a demand for £761,994.05.
This amount is made up of unpaid taxes from self-assessment on income between 2020 and 2022 as well as penalties and increases.
The judge said she also owed £140,000 in unpaid VAT and added: “As with the unpaid tax, no payment has been made.”
Katie previously revealed that she did not feel able to come to court to discuss her finances.
Speaking exclusively to the Mail’s comedy podcast last month, she said: “I just can’t bear to go to court. Mentally I can’t do it.
Katie went on to explain: “Since my depression. When you’re sick and depressed, everything piles up.
“If you can’t cope with something or you haven’t paid that bill. Communicate, don’t ignore because when you ignore it the situation only gets worse.
“It bothers me because they don’t know how hard I tried mentally to get out of this rut that I was in. A rut that I hung myself in and thought I was dead.”
Katie received papers in October from HMRC informing her of the debt owed – and she has not responded to the request.
The judge said: “Miss Price owes a significant debt to HMRC and I will therefore make a bankruptcy order.”
Katie first went bankrupt in 2019 when her business went bankrupt.
She has failed to attend an insolvency hearing on six previous occasions, with the model each time offering an excuse for her no-show.
An HMRC source said every effort would be made to recover the money and if it was not paid the assets owed by Katie would be seized.
It comes just weeks after Katie was fined £880 after being caught driving a Range Rover into a service station on the A14 in Kettering, Northamptonshire in August 2023, while she had no license or insurance.
She was given eight penalty points and also ordered to pay £972 in costs on top of the financial penalty.
