And once again, the Love Island hunk was on hand to help as he pushed the glamorous former model’s wheelchair on a family shopping spree on Tuesday.
Katie, 42, who broke both feet in a freak accident earlier this year, put on a glamorous display in fur as they stepped out alongside her daughter Princess, 13, on a trip to the shops, after which Katie pulled off a few steps.

Carl has snuck into Katie’s life by swimming and is often seen having fun with his children, as evidenced by when he laughed with Princess in the stores.
Katie coordinated in plush sliders and her plush cardigan as she held a Louis Vuitton handbag in her lap while being pushed into the chair.
The rest of the group were casually dressed as they stocked up and walked out of the store with piles of shopping bags.
Earlier today, Katie left Carl unimpressed with her singing abilities as they set up their Christmas tree in a hilarious YouTube video.

However, the couple returned to their best later in the day as she shared a photo of herself and her beau snuggled up against each other on the sofa.
She put on makeup by snuggling up to her other half in the blink of an eye which she captioned “ TV and hugs. ”
In another snap, the glamorous former model showcased her stretched stomach in a tight cropped top and matching sweatpants as she posed for the camera.
Despite her casual look, Katie kept her distinctively glamorous ensemble sporting a face full of thick makeup, with false lashes, and drawn across the eyebrows.

The mother-of-five wore her blonde locks in a straight poker style and finished the look with a pair of fluffy black slippers.
It comes after Katie shared a video of herself and her daughter, Princess Tiaamii, getting into the festive spirit, but Carl wasn’t inspired by Katie’s singing.
The reality TV star started out singing We Wish You A Merry Christmas with Princess before composing her own song.
Putting balls on her tree, she sang: “ White Christmas and I dream of everything … ”

The camera then moved to Carl, 31, who mimicked putting a gun to his head.
‘What are you doing?’ Katie asked, to which Carl replied, “ I’m blowing my brains out. ”
“Well, someone has to get into the Christmas spirit! Katie insisted.
Undeterred, Katie continued to sing, “It’s Christmas. We’re going to be watching Home Alone, oh yeah, and The Grinch.

Katie also faced her mom Amy during the call and showed her their newly decorated tree with the lights on.
The romance between Katie and Carl is still strong as the couple celebrated six months together on Saturday.
Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-five shared a message of appreciation for Carl with a gentle slap snuggled up on her crushed velvet sofa.

The couple wore coordinated outfits with Katie sporting a white and black speckled hoodie while Carl wore a black and white t-shirt.
In the gushing post, Katie celebrated the search for her ‘soul mate’ by revealing that the couple have spent every day together for the past six months.
She wrote: ‘6 months of being together every day 24/7 is still going great.
‘Amazing to think how perfect everything is … it took all these years to find my soul mate and this is my love of my life @carljwoods [sic]’

Katie – who is still legally married to third husband Kieran Hayler – was reportedly introduced to Carl by a mutual friend. They went public with their romance in July.
Katie has relied on Carl to help her move in recent weeks after breaking both feet in a freak accident in August and then having to undergo major surgery to fuse the broken bone pieces together.
According to a recent report, Katie is expected to “get engaged to boyfriend Carl by the end of the year” after “breaking her feet and ankles gives her an update on what matters.”
The mother-of-five is said to have ‘made it clear’ to Carl that she ‘wants to build a new life with him and the kids’ as she finalizes her divorce from Kieran, whom she married in 2013.
