Katie Price appeared in good spirits on Friday as she took her son Harvey to a hospital appointment.
The former glamor model, 44, planted a kiss on her 20-year-old son, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Dwight Yorke, as they were pictured outside the building.
And her exit comes after the star split from her fiancé Carl Woods, who reportedly released a recording allegedly of her talking about drug use last week.

On the way to the appointment, Katie strolled alongside Harvey, who was born with disabilities including partial blindness, ADHD and Prader-Willi Syndrome.
She wore an all-black ensemble with skintight leggings and a long faux fur vest, with her brunette locks styled elegantly in a slight wave.
While Harvey, who was wearing a bright green T-shirt, held his mother’s arm before leaning in to kiss her.

The TV star styled her brunette locks straight and flashed a big smile as she enjoyed spending some quality time with her loved ones.

Harvey is one of Katie’s five children; she shares eldest Junior, 17, and Princess, 15, with ex-husband Peter Andre. While she is also mum to Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight, from her relationship with Kieran Hayler.
And the glamorous model is single again after splitting from fiancé Carl last month amid accusations of cheating from the car dealer – who claimed she was with another man during their relationship.
Katie confirmed the split last week after confusing fans with a slew of on/off displays.
And on Thursday, it emerged Carl allegedly posted the audio of Katie saying she didn’t show up to an event ‘because I was on coke’.
According to The Sun, the edited clip, which Carl posted at 2 a.m., begins with Carl complaining that Katie’s mother, Amy, is scolding him for not showing up to events.
Katie reportedly replied, “Imagine if I sat down with my mum and said yes, I was doing coke.”
“That’s why I didn’t come for this and that – because I was on coke, it had nothing to do with Carl. Carl helped me out.
Carl then adds, “Maybe she would have a different opinion of me then.”
In March 2021, Katie revealed her children had threatened to ‘never speak to her again’ if she continued to take cocaine and said she had sworn to take drug tests to prove she was own.

An insider told The Sun: ‘Now that the relationship is over everyone is scared of the revenge Carl will take on Katie.
“He has hundreds of recordings and videos of her, taken without his knowledge, and he is threatening to put them all online.”
