TUCSON, Ariz., January 31, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — A new distribution agreement between Kalil Bottling Co. (Kalil) and the makers of 5-hour ENERGY® commenced on tuesday january 24 at the headquarters of the beverage distributor in Tucson. Kalil is now distributing the new 16 oz. 5-hour ENERGY® soft drink in all stores Arizona For the very first time.

Founded in 1948, Kalil is a family-owned bottling, distribution and freight forwarding company with three sites in Arizona. Colloquially known as “Good Guys at Kalil”, the company employs over 500 people and regularly gives back to its local community.

The 16 oz. carbonated energy drink launched in 2021 with three original flavors: berry, grape and watermelon. The line expanded in Fall 2022 with the announcement of three additional, bold flavors: Pineapple Splash, OrangeSicle and Tropical Burst. The cans contain the same amount of caffeine as the 1.93 oz. extra-strength injections, as well as the proprietary blend of vitamins and nutrients consumers rely on.
