Taylor vs Ramirez: What was said?
Josh Taylor: “I trained hard and did everything I could to the best of my ability. This is the best prepared I have ever been and I will enjoy the ride.
“It’s a colossal fight, not just for me but for all of Scotland. I would be the first person in Scotland to be an undisputed four-belt world champion, and the first undisputed champion since Ken Buchanan.
“Making sports history and making history books is huge and makes me sink. I always dreamed of being the undisputed champion and if you had told me a few years ago, I would almost be there, I wouldn’t have believed you.
“On paper, Ramirez is my toughest fight yet. He’s a unified world champion and a decorated fighter, I can’t see him fight, I can’t see him at all.
