Huawei is once again hiring new faces as genius employees for the company. This is the second time this year that the Chinese manufacturer has started the recruitment program. Accordingly, society does so to accelerate progress in vital areas.
The latest information suggests that Huawei needs a group of genius employees who can break through the firm’s lockdown. At the same time, this recruitment program also targets unique talents for the significant areas of the company. For example, processors, smart manufacturing and, more importantly, the supply chain.
So far, Huawei executives have indicated that the company has already started its hunt for next-gen individuals. To lead the industry on the path to success, there must be a continuous addition of new talent to the business. By 2023, this demand will reach 766,500 employees with a talent gap of 200,000. But looking at previous reports, the company has only gained 30,000 professionals per year, to date. As a result, there are chances of having a huge talent gap, mainly in the chip sectors.
However, despite the company’s lack of talent, Huawei has never lowered the bar for market success. On the other hand, the Chinese tech maker continues to advertise and call in new talent who can possibly contribute to the company’s growth and development.
Alternatively, Huawei Chairman – Hu Houkun said that over the next three years, the company can successfully obtain more than 3 million new talent in IT technology.
What does the term Genius Employees reflect?
At the time, Huawei’s executive supervisor – Chen Lifang voiced the definition of a genius employee.
“The term ‘genius boy’ is a label before entering Huawei. After entering Huawei, the “genius boy” cannot be a boy forever, and ultimately depends on the actual value and contribution.
This statement mentions that it is not easy to become one of the crucial members of the Huawei family. First of all, it takes talent, hard work and determination to participate. Subsequently, by eliminating 7 rounds of interviews, one can obtain a reputable position in the organization.
