Joel Creasey debuted with an incredible new physique after undergoing a dramatic physical transformation.
The 30-year-old comedian lost 12 pounds of body fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle after changing his diet and maintaining a daily exercise regimen for 12 weeks.
Joel completely transformed his physique and appearance, showing off his dramatic physical transformation on the latest cover of Men’s Health magazine.

Uploading a photo of his transformation to Instagram, Joel wrote: “A real (and terrifying) honor for this 30-year-old scoliosis and arthritis kid to be on the cover of Men’s Health tomorrow!”
‘HUM LOL WHAT ?! After more than 140 days of confinement in Melbourne I felt physically and mentally like crap so I decided to try and do something about it, ”he continued.
“I was asked in passing if I wanted to do a cover, I said yes thinking it would never happen and then boom … here we are.”

Reaching his 30-year birthday, Joel said he decided to take fitness more seriously and teamed up with celebrity trainer Jono Castano.

Speaking of his transformation, Joel told Men’s Health, “I was a state swimmer in high school, and then I quit competing because I didn’t want to be shirtless.”
“I went to a boys-only school and stopped participating in the school swim carnivals because the thought of taking my shirt off was terrifying.”
Joel said that growing up he was very embarrassed because he was embarrassed about his body and said he was the last boy in his year to have armpit hair.

“The diet will remain absolutely healthy, just all the little adjustments I made and the new habits I took, like going for a long black coffee and not eating right before bed, all those little things will stay. certainly, ‘he said.
Earlier, speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Joel’s coach Jono said consistency is key.
‘Be consistent with the training. My thing is 45 a day, which means at least moving for 45 minutes, whether it’s as easy as a walk or a high intensity workout, whichever you prefer, ”he said.

“I also suggest not only a 45 minute workout, but also other daily goals such as 10,000 steps, 10 minute stretches and a 3 km run.
“Small daily goals like this can keep you motivated and not wanting to break your streak. “
In 2020, 30-year-old Jono helped Rebel Wilson lose 20kg during his “healthy year”. She has since achieved a total weight loss of 30 kg.
