“Decker Vacation Style💪🥥🌴James Decker, 34, captioned an Instagram photo from Saturday, Nov. 26, of his daughter Vivianne, 8, and sons Eric Jr., 7, and Forrest, 4, posing together. The three little ones – whom the cookbook author shares with Decker, 35 – all wore bathing suits with their defined abs exposed.
“I love those smiles. The strength. So in their bodies. Fun goals,” Selma Blair – who competed against the “Should Have Known Better” singer on Dancing with the stars season 31 – wrote via an Instagram comment on Saturday.
While the likes of Julien Edelman, Kane Brown and DWTS partner Alan Bersten were also jealous of her children’s toned physique, James Decker also faced criticism on social media.
“It doesn’t look good… Sorry, not sorry 🤷♀️replied one Instagram user before the Kittenish founder slammed the alleged concern.
“It’s a sad world we live in today when we have healthy, super active kids playing sports. [and] building muscle naturally is “weird,” replied James Decker.
Another social media troll also slammed Vivianne, Eric Jr. and Forrest’s respective abdominal muscles, calling them “weird”.
“From one mother to another. Please don’t call my kids’ appearance weird just because they don’t look like you think they should?” the Italy native wrote on Saturday. “It’s nasty ❤️.”
The just jessie The author and retired NFL star welcomed their three little ones in 2014, 2015 and 2018, respectively. The couple’s children have since begun to follow in the Minnesota native’s athletic footsteps, with Vivianne focusing primarily on her gymnastics training and Eric Jr. taking an interest in soccer. James Decker, on the other hand, views physical training primarily as a way to keep his energy up while raising his offspring.
“I dread working out because it’s not my favorite thing,” she said exclusively We Weekly in May 2021. “But man, as soon as it’s over, I feel amazing and I’m so glad I did it!” … I train and lift because I want to feel good and have energy. I want to enjoy the foods I like, like pasta, bread, and chocolate chip cookies. I drink water all day and try not to eat after 6:30 p.m. I take probiotics and fiber daily.
