Former Meghan Markle stylist Jessica Mulroney returned to Instagram after a two-month hiatus after an argument over white privilege.
Mulroney had an argument with Sasha Exeter, a black influencer who accused her of ‘white textbook privilege’, in June, which led to her canceling her show and taking a break from social media.
Exeter posted a 12-minute video on Instagram claiming that Mulroney had “taken heed” of his call to action for people to join the Black Lives Matter movement.
Exeter said: “What happened next was a series of very problematic behaviors and antics that ultimately resulted in her (Mulroney) sending me a threat in writing last Wednesday.”
Mulroney apologized in a statement on June 11, but the public row meant that CTV removed her from their “ I Do, Redo ” show, and her husband Ben Mulroney also decided to leave one of the his jobs in an attempt to expand the diversity of television.
Mulroney, a mother of three, returned to Instagram on Tuesday evening to share a video of her husband bringing a birthday cake for their twins, Brian and John, who turned 10.
She wrote: “Happy 10th to my twins. My amazing family must have seen their mom in the worst shape. These two boys stayed with me and made me want to live and work hard when it all fell apart.
“They deserve the best birthday. Only from here.
Many comments greeted her again after her break, with people telling her she had been “missed”.

Mulroney’s post came the same day Finding Freedom, a biography of Harry and Meghan in the Royal Family, was released and as someone once very close to the Duchess of Sussex, Mulroney is mentioned on several occasions.
In one chapter, the authors claim that it was Harry’s ease with Mulroney’s three children when they dated that showed Meghan he would one day be a good parent.
Mulroney and Meghan are believed to have met in Toronto, Canada, where the Duchess was filming Suit.
The couple are believed to be close friends, with Mulroney appearing at Meghan’s wedding and arriving in the car with the bridesmaids at the chapel. Brian and John were seven when they were page boys at the Windsor wedding, and Mulroney’s daughter, Ivy, was four when she was a bridesmaid.
