Jessica Alves flaunted her stunning cleavage as she stepped out of a fancy London restaurant on Saturday night.
The Brazilian TV personality, 39, recently underwent her third boob job – her latest in a million pounds spent on surgery.
And Jessica showed off the results of her newly boosted cleavage as she left Sexy Fish in Mayfair in a shimmering brown bodycon dress.
The Celebrity Big Brother star put on a busty display in the skintight number which had a low-cut neckline.
Jessica flaunted her many assets as she went braless in the number that clung to her hourglass curves.

She paired the look with a gold handbag and upped the glamor with a face full of makeup and pointy heels.
The beauty even added a matching brown cape and sheer pantyhose to ensure an elegant show.
Jessica appeared delighted with her waist length extensions as she walked out of the restaurant rocking her platinum blonde locks.
The TV star has 2220cc implants and thinks spending £1m on over 100 operations is worth it as it’s an ‘investment in my happiness’.
She told MailOnline: ‘I love being a woman and I’m proud of it. Growing up, in my head I had long hair and a voluptuous figure and today I am the woman of my dreams. And it’s such a great feeling to be happy with how I look.
“It’s been a long journey to be who I am today. With over 100 surgeries and over £1million spent, I see this as an investment in my happiness and in my future – at least I grow old a happy woman.
She continued, “I understand that I don’t fit into normal or classic beauty standards and that was my personal choice, and people should just respect that and let it go. It’s my life and it makes me happy to be who I am.
‘I have just had a 3rd breast operation in Brussels at BeClinic by doctor Frank Plovier. He removed my old 1500cc and replaced them with 2220cc implants and I couldn’t be happier. I have virtually no pain and the results are fantastic.

Jessica went on to explain that she isn’t letting cruel online trolls and bullies deter her from being happy, because she is finally the woman she always wanted to be.
“We live in a free society where we are free to be who and how we want to be,” she shared.
“Sometimes I get funny looks from people, especially women and on my Instagram I often get terrible comments from bullies. Also, women tend to block and delete, but they keep coming back.
“It doesn’t affect me at all what these bullies have to say – I’m a voluptuous glamorous woman and I like being who I am!”
And despite being conflicted with herself, Jessica admitted the only thing missing in her life was a boyfriend to settle down with, something she said she struggled to find. .
She said: “I’m still looking for my Prince Charming, but that’s a tough question because most men just want to have fun and nothing too serious.”
