Jessica Alba provides a safe space for his family to express their feelings.
After previously talking about going to therapy with her and her husband Treasurythe eldest daughter of Honor14, the Honest Company founder shared that she is now taking their youngest daughter, Haven10, as well as sessions too.
“I went with both of them,” she explained in a conversation with Charm Magazine published on July 21. “And around puberty, that’s when I think, for me, with my girls. That’s when they started to shut down and be like, ‘I don’t want to talk anymore. . And I’m like, ‘We’re not doing this. We have to keep a line of communication here. How can I be a better parent for you? How do you want me to talk to you?
Jessica—who also shares her son Hayes4, with Cash – said allowing the kids to talk to someone who has studied human behavior and has no connection to them gave the girls a chance to have a safe space “to really tell you frankly what’s not working in your parenting.”
