According to Honest Company’s attorney, Alba received nearly $8 million in 2021, most of it in the form of a $6 million stock award. Alba also took a salary of $563,077 and received a bonus of $1.4 million.

However, thanks to the volatility of Honest Company’s stock price (it closed Thursday at $4.52 per share, compared to $23 per share on the day of its IPO), Alba’s stake in the company declined in value to just over $27 million, from around $130 million. in the IPO.
