Jennifer Lopez’s New York Penthouse Finally Finds a Buyer for $25 Million After 7 Years on the Market – PEOPLE

Jennifer Lopez finally says goodbye to her New York penthouse.

THE Marry me The star, 54, found a buyer for her $25 million penthouse near Manhattan’s Madison Square Park after seven years on and off the market. The troubled listing has a “signed contract” according to luxury real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens.

The asking price for the four-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom property was recently $24,990,000. Listing agents Richard Orenstein and Chris Pomeroy did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on the deal.

Lopez purchased the apartment for just over $20 million in 2014, according to the New York Times. She then listed the apartment for sale for around $27 million in 2017. However, the apartment did not attract any buyers during that time, and over the past few years it has been on and off the market.

In March 2019, the singer reduced the price of the penthouse to $25 million before delisting completely in October 2021, according to Zillow. It was also briefly released for five days in December 2022.

A private guest wing is also included on the lower level with three spacious bedrooms, staff quarters and a laundry room.
