Jennifer Lopez has been very vocal about her recent health complications after being helped by medical professionals, she survived.
The talented singer opened up about the panic attack she had because she was overworked and completely exhausted.
Jennifer Lopez opened up about her situation in a newsletter called On the JLo and she went into detail about what happened to her.
She reminisces about her career
Talking about her trajectory, she mentioned that “there was a time in my life when I slept 3-5 hours a night. I was on set all day and in the studio all night and doing junkets and was shooting videos on the weekends,”
“I was in my late twenties and thought I was invincible,” she said.
The ex-flygirl said she was hanging out in her trailer on set when “all the work and stress it entailed, coupled with a lack of sleep to mentally recuperate, caught up with me.”

She also mentioned that she “went from feeling completely normal to thinking about what I should be doing that day and all of a sudden I felt like I couldn’t move.”
“I was completely frozen,” Lopez said, adding that she had vision issues and “couldn’t see clearly.” The panic attack symptoms started to scare her and the “fear got worse”.
She described it as a “classic panic attack”
“Now I know it was a classic panic attack brought on by exhaustion, but I hadn’t even heard the term back then,” after saying she mentions she thought she was going crazy and wanted to go to the doctor immediately but could not walk.
“My security on set picked me up and drove me to the doctor. By the time I got there I could at least talk again and I was so terrified I thought I was losing my mind. head,” said “On the 6” recalled singer.
She shared what the doctor told her
“I asked the doctor if I was going crazy. He said, ‘No, you’re not crazy. You need to sleep.””
The doctor told her she was suffering from severe exhaustion and just needed to sleep for seven hours or more, exercise (which wouldn’t be a problem) and relax.
“I realized how serious the consequences could be if I ignored what my body and mind needed to be healthy – and that’s when my journey to wellness began,”
Now she wants to “live a very healthy and balanced life.
