Ben Affleck’s friendly hug with ex-wife Jennifer Garner wasn’t the only display of affection captured by the paparazzi this weekend. Affleck and his wife of a year, Jennifer Lopez, visited a Los Angeles flea market on Sunday, where they appeared extremely touchy. Lopez was even photographed with her hand on Affleck’s butt at one point.
The couple also coordinated outfits, both wearing jeans and gray sweaters.
Their appearance comes as Lopez will do an Apple Music Live concert for her much-teased upcoming album. It’s me now on September 21. Registration for the event is now closed due to high demand.
Lopez first spoke about the project last fall.
In November, she told Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1 that It’s me now“We captured me in that moment where I found the love of my life and we decided that we were going to be together forever. So the whole message of the album is that this love exists. It’s a true love. Now I think the message of the album is very important if you are wondering if you have, like me sometimes, lost hope, almost given up, don’t do it. Because true love exists and some things last forever and it’s real. I want to get this message out to the world and it takes a lot of vulnerability. But I couldn’t help it and some parts scare me. And I think some parts scare me too. Well. He says, ‘Oh, do you really mean all that?’ And I’m like, “I don’t know how else to do it, baby.”
“I embarked on this adventure with the idea of capturing this precise moment,” she added. “I am different from what I was 18 or 20 years ago. I am different from what I was 20 years ago. I grew up. I learned things. I’ve been through some bullshit. I had difficult times. I went through a divorce. I’ve been through a lot of difficult relationships and private things that happened. But it brought me to this place and it was just about capturing who I am right now, here today, and what I’ve been through. I mean, we have songs out there that are about what this life is like for me. Whereas “Jenny From the Block” told me: “I’m still Jenny from the block.” I know I’m famous now and all that, but I’m still Jenny from the neighborhood. Now I’m talking about [how] my life is not all hearts and flowers like you thought. Let me tell you a little bit about what it was like.
