Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted preparing to begin their July 4 weekend getaway at an airport in Los Angeles on Saturday morning.
The Argo actor, 48, was first seen exiting a vehicle before taking his luggage to the runway, and the hitmaker, 51, was first pictured preparing to leave his car before meeting his 13-year-old son Maximilian.
The couple’s exit comes just months after the Jenny From The Block singer ended her engagement to former professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez.

Affleck remained very casual during the event, as he was dressed in a light gray zip-up hoodie worn over a black t-shirt, as well as a blue cap.
The Good Will Hunting actor finished off his clean-cut clothing set with a pair of fitted navy pants and a set of sneakers that almost matched the color of his outerwear.
Lopez’s beautiful blonde hair stayed loose and fell over her shoulders as she prepared to embark on her trip.
The former couple first had a romantic relationship after their appearance in the critically-criticized 2001 film Gigli, and they began a relationship the year after the feature film’s release.

The two previously announced their engagement after several years of dating, but called off their planned marriage in 2003 before it happened, with the couple citing intense media pressure as the reason for the delay.
Lopez and Affleck broke their relationship the following year, but remained both on good terms and in contact for the next decade.
The singer then married her fellow performer Marc Anthony and welcomed her 13-year-old son and daughter Emme in 2008.
The actor also married later and welcomed his daughters Violet and Seraphina, as well as a son named Samuel, aged 15, 11 and nine, with his wife, Jennifer Garner.

The two were first linked the same month after actor Dogma was seen leaving his girlfriend’s mansion in Los Angeles, and the two took a trip to Montana the following month, this which led many to speculate that they were together again.
Last month, the couple were spotted at a PDA-packed dinner party at Nobu in Malibu, where they were seen holding hands and spending time with their children.

The singer recently appeared on Thursday’s episode of Sirius XM Pitbull’s Globalization to voice her thoughts on her song Cambia El Paso, which has yet to debut.
During the session, Lopez spoke about the significance of the future release and noted that she wanted to encourage her fans to take an active role in changing their lives.
Specifically, she stressed that “the song is about change and not being afraid to take the plunge”.
The On The Floor songwriter deepened her initial statement and discussed in more detail what intentions she had for her fans.

Although his former flame seemed ready to start his weekend with Affleck, Rodriguez was seen spending time with his daughters Natasha and Ella, aged 16 and 12, in a series of snaps shared on his Instagram account on Friday.

The sporty figure kept it toned down as he spent time with his kids, as he was dressed in a navy sweater worn over a white shirt and matching pants.
He then shared a photo from inside a department store, where he was seen waiting outside a pair of changing rooms his daughters previously occupied.
Rodriguez also attached a short graphic text to the photo that read: “Personal shopper for girls Friday night. Shabbat Shoalom [sic]. ‘
