Jennifer Lopez looked stunning in a see-through outfit as she attended a photocall for Netflix’s “Atlas” in New York on Saturday.

The 54-year-old actress and singer, who plays a government analyst thrown into a distant world to try to defeat a robot warrior who has upended her life, smiled as she posed for photos at the Four Seasons Downtown in New York. She wore an all-white outfit, featuring flared pants and a long-sleeved sheer top that she paired with a gold and silver colored necklace, earrings and rings.

She kept her hair down and opted for simple, natural makeup including dark eyeshadow and pink lipstick. The superstar was also seen holding a white handbag as she left the hotel and waved to photographers gathered outside the venue.

The sci-fi series, which arrives on Netflix on May 24, sees the Dancing Queen stranded on a distant planet in order to protect life on Earth. About the series and the character she plays, she told Netflix: “Atlas is someone who has pretty much shut out the world around her. She doesn’t trust anyone and doesn’t want anything to do with it. AI.”

However, as she reaches space and finds herself in a high-tech world, she is forced to confront her fear of technology by trusting it. This turns out to be the only hope she has for saving humanity’s future from AI.

The series was written by Leo Sardarian and Aron Eli Coleite and directed by Brad Peyton, who told Netflix: “The heart of Atlas is really about trust and the difficulty of trusting people. Atlas is told in through the prism of a woman who learns to trust after suffering a life-changing trauma.

“It reminds us how we need to have deep, meaningful relationships in our lives, one way or another. That you can’t do everything yourself; you have to choose to trust people at a given time and leave them in there.”
