The 32-year-old Oscar winner wrapped up in a brown anorak and pulled on a burnt orange knit beanie to keep out the chilly air.
Her latest observation comes after she backtracked on her recent claim that she was the first ever woman to be cast to direct an action film despite the likes of Sigourney Weaver and Angelina Jolie leading franchises long before her.

In a statement to THR, the Oscar winner said her remark “went wrong” and meant expressing how “it feels good” to be a female force in a male-dominated genre.
“That’s certainly not what I meant at all. I know I’m not the only woman to have directed an action movie,” began Jennifer, who played acclaimed female protagonist Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games (2012).
“What I wanted to emphasize is how good it is. And I meant that with Viola [Davis] – to get past those old myths you hear about…about the chatter you would hear around this kind of thing.

“But it was my blunder and it went wrong. I had my nerves talking to a living legend,” Jennifer concluded.
She originally made the bizarre claim while meeting fellow Oscar winner Viola Davis on Variety’s Actors on Actors series, which was released earlier this week.
The mother-of-one, who went on to play Katniss in four films, revealed executives feared the boys “wouldn’t be able to relate” to a female lead.

Her cast in film follows a succession of iconic female action heroes who starred in blockbuster films before 2012 – including Weaver who played Ellen Ripley in the Alien franchise, Jolie who portrayed Lara Croft in two Tomb Raider films, Uma Thurman as Quentin in Tarantino’s Kill Bill series and Milla Jovovich as Alice in the Resident Evil movies.
Discussing the early days of The Hunger Games, Jennifer said: “I remember when I was doing The Hunger Games, nobody ever put a woman in charge of an action movie because it wouldn’t work – because ‘we were told that girls and boys can both identify with a male role, but boys cannot identify with a female role.
“And it makes me so happy every time I see a movie come out that crosses every one of those beliefs and proves that it’s just a lie to keep some people out of movies.
