May the odds always be in his favor! Jennifer Lawrence recently put his chic three-bedroom loft in New York’s star-studded Tribeca neighborhood up for sale for a whopping $10.5 million.
The ‘Hunger Games’ actress bought the sleek 3,184-square-foot Manhattan pad, located two blocks from the Hudson River Greenway, in 2017 for $9,034,697. After five years, she is looking to bank a profit of almost $1.5 million.
Hopefully this sale is more successful than the deal she made on her New York penthouse. It originally listed for $15.45 million and the Oscar-winning actor sold it at a loss for $9.9 million.
Inside the Tribeca loft
Designed for a high-profile or security-conscious individual, the loft is accessed via a keyed elevator, which also leads to a private garage.
The condo is located in a building that was built in 1882 as binding. The historic building was converted into condos in 2016.
Lawrence’s condo has been completely restored with the modern luxuries sought by today’s buyers, but historic details remain, including reclaimed wood beams and matching support columns separating the living room from the dining room.
