Jennifer Lawrence, 32, looked like the happiest mom on her last family outing! The actress dated her husband Cooke Maroney and their 11 month old son Cy for a walk in Los Angeles, CA. She flashed the toddler a big smile as the doting father held him in his arms.
The talented star wore a white sweater, light blue jeans and a blue baseball cap while her hair was down on the outing. Cooke wore a light gray sweatshirt and dark gray pants, and little Cy wore a beige long-sleeved shirt under blue-striped overalls. He also wore a brown jacket when it was cooler.
The family of three played in a playground and at one point Jennifer held the little boy in her lap as she rode down a slide. Cooke stood to the side and admired his wife and son as they bonded in the park. It was a memorable moment to capture, as Jennifer is normally quite private about her personal life.
Jennifer gave birth to Cy in February 2022, so he will have one later this month. She was also seen spending some alone time with him in a park in late December, but has been mum about the bundle of joy since his arrival. The protective mother didn’t announce her name and gender until seven months after her birth, when she opened up about motherhood in an interview with vogue.
“It’s so scary to talk about motherhood. Only because it’s so different for everyone,” she told the outlet. “If I say, ‘It was amazing from the start,’ some people will think, ‘It wasn’t amazing for me from the start,’ and feel bad. Luckily, I have so many girlfriends who were honest. Who were like, ‘This is scary. You might not hook up right away. You might not fall in love right away..’ So I felt so ready to forgive.
“The day after I gave birth, I felt like my whole life had started all over again,” she added. “Like, now is the first day of my life. I just watched. I was so in love. I also fell in love with all the babies everywhere. Newborns are just SO amazing. It’s those little pink, puffy, fragile survivors. Now I love all babies. Now I hear a baby crying in a restaurant and I’m like “Awwww, preciousssss”.
