Jennifer Aniston kept her winning formula for 2020 Emmy glamor, and we’re taking notes. The 51-year-old looked effortless in a vintage black Christian Dior gown when she joined Jimmy Kimmel onstage at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Her dress of choice followed many of Jen’s red carpet style guidelines – simple shape, sleeveless, one solid color. The actress often goes for casual, no-frills black dresses at red carpet events, and the boy does that for her.
The black slip dress had a V-neck opening at the top and a cascading hem that fell to her ankles. She finished the look with black ankle strap heeled sandals and a diamond necklace. She chose to keep her beauty simple too, with her shoulder length beach hair, a golden tan, and sheer pink lips.
Jen also gave us some behind-the-scenes shots of her special look on Instagram Stories. We see her getting her hair “zhuzhed” by stylist Chris McMillan:
Finally, she shared two photos of a stylist wearing a face shield adjusting her dress, saying, “ Things look a little different this year … ”
