The report states that McMahon remained in close contact with The Rock, John Cena and Donald Trump.
A spokesperson for Janel Grant has released a new statement criticizing The Rock and John Cena for continuing to stay in contact with the disgraced former WWE chairman. The statement reads,
“It is shameful that Mr. Johnson and Mr. Cena would associate themselves with an individual with decades of allegations like Janel’s. The support behind the scenes is stronger than any public statement could ever be.
It should be noted that neither The Rock nor John Cena have commented on the NBC News
report at the time of writing these lines.
