Jane met Angelique Panagos, the farm’s resident nutritionist, who gave her a bread recipe that changed her life.

The hack was one of Jane’s favorite things she learned from the TV show.

She told The Express: “The only bread I eat is the one I have an Angelica recipe for.

“It’s yeast-free, and it’s made with lots of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, wholemeal flour, oats, and yogurt of all things.

“It’s literally 20 minutes and it’s done – ready to put in the oven.

“I don’t eat a lot of it, but when I really crave a little starch, I just take some out of the freezer and put it in the toaster and that’s it.”

The former Loose Women panelist managed to lose 9 pounds in two weeks while performing on the show, and after the farm she lost another and a half stone thanks to cutting out sugar.

Jane continued: “I lost a stone and a half going on the Sugar Free Farm TV show.

“I used to eat so much junk. I hadn’t realized how much trash I was eating. I’ve always loved a pie and was high on carbs because I was always hungry.

“I ate way too much and all the wrong things. I didn’t realize that if you eat the wrong things, it doesn’t feed your body, so you’ll want more.

“I love my life and my schedule takes a lot of energy, but I was starting to get quite tired and I blamed it on age.”
