Jamie Pickett: Let’s go

Pickett will be the first person to admit that his four-fight skid hasn’t been ideal, but the North Carolina native has never made excuses and he’s proud of how he’s handled his time in the ‘Octagon.

“My UFC career hasn’t been the best and it’s not what I wanted it to be, but I didn’t back down from anyone,” Pickett told UFC.com. “I fought everyone they asked me to fight and that’s why I’m still in the UFC.

“There are winners and losers. Take it as it goes and love the ride while it’s there. I’m in the UFC, I can see things, see different people, different fighters and I can fight. I like to fight. I like being there to fight.

“I said yes, I want this and I want to be a part of it,” he said.
