Jake Paul has once again caused a stir in the boxing world, this time giving his own take on the pound-for-pound list.
Over the years, many boxing fans and writers have had their say on the mythical ranking which is essentially just one person’s subjective opinion ranking the best fighters in the sport, regardless of their weight class. .

Jake Paul is 5-0 (4 KOs) as a professional boxer
On Thursday, the YouTuber-turned-boxer took to social media to share his opinion.
Jake put Tyson Fury in first place – a decision that pleased the Gypsy King as he reacted by saying: “Get up Jake Paul, the man knows his stuff.”
He also dropped Canelo Alvarez from his list after his loss to Dmitry Bivol earlier this year.
Jake had ties in three positions, resulting in a total of 13 fighters making up his roster instead of the traditional number of 10.
Explaining his ranking, Jake said: “First of all, Tyson Fury has been so dominant in the heavyweight division for so long.

He reacted positively to the listing on social media
“He beats every heavyweight by KO/TKO, including Oleksandr Usyk.
“There hasn’t been a heavyweight in the history of the sport that hasn’t finally gone down and Tyson Fury has stayed at the top and I think he will retire at the top.
“However, what Usyk has done from cruiserweight to heavyweight has been impressive and his dominance, versatility and boxing ability are second to none.
“Terence Crawford and Errol Spence are obvious and everything needs to be sorted out.

Canelo is not on Jake’s list
“Artur Beterbiev is the only current champion who has all the knockouts and we don’t talk about it enough.
“Dmitry Bivol being in the same weight class means they have to decide who is better, however, Bivol knocks Canelo Alvarez off the list not only for beating him at 175lbs, but for being ready to go to 168lbs. .
“We all know it would be the exact same fight at 168 pounds that knocks Canelo off this list, and Canelo dodges David Benavidez and Jermall Charlo.
“Moving on, it bothers me that most pound-for-pound lists don’t include Amanda Serrano or Katie Taylor.
“Like, WTF. It’s boxing, not just men’s boxing and both have a lot more accolades than some names you ALL put on your S***TY lists.

“I have the ladies tied because Serrano beat Taylor at 135lbs and the judges robbed her, but at 126lbs Taylor would be knocked out and we all know that. I can’t argue otherwise 10 years of bad luck.
“Shakur Stevenson makes it easy for everyone in his weight class and knocks down Valdez is such a statement. He gives me flashbacks of young Floyd.
“Let’s move on, you can’t all have your rosters with people like Vasyl Lomachenko not even holding a belt in that weight class, which puts Devin Haney on that really good roster which is the real pound roster for book moving forward.
“It’s also a sin to have someone who just lost on your roster. How can you not have undisputed champions on your rosters?! Y’all are clumsy. Which puts Jermell Charlo at #8.
