Ahead of fight night, Tyson released several terrifying training montages that show the boxing legend is leaving no stone unturned in preparing for the fight.

“Iron Mike” has just celebrated his 58th birthday as he climbs between the ropes, but you wouldn’t believe it to be the case watching his mat work.

Tyson looks fast, powerful and explosive in every clip and Paul admits it tested his nerves.

During a candid conversation on the BS/w Jake Paul Podcast, “The Problem Child’s” brother Logan Paul asked, “When you see Mike Tyson hitting those pads, do you get a little nervous?”

Jake replied: “Yeah. It’s motivating, I think it’s good to carry fear into the ring and with you every day when you train because it makes you better.”

The YouTuber turned boxer then delivered a message of defiance to his future enemy.

“But Mike, looking good in your mittens isn’t even half the battle,” he added. “You have to face me in the ring…

“I think he sees these videos of how good he looks with his mittens on and he shows off and his confidence probably increases.”

Paul is not the only one beginning to feel the weight of the occasion.

Tyson recently said he was “scared to death” about stepping back into the ring.

“I have a weird personality, but I don’t think it’s weird. Whatever I’m afraid to do, I do it. That’s what it is,” Tyson told Fox News.

“I was afraid of the King [Jones] struggle. I was 100 pounds overweight, but I was old, 54, 53, and I said, “Let’s do it.”

“Everything I’m afraid of, I face it. It’s my personality. Right now, I’m scared to death. I always believed that adversity and nerves catapulted me to success.

“If I didn’t have those feelings, I wouldn’t go into this fight. I have to have those feelings to fight. Without them, I would never go into the ring.

“The closer the fight gets, the less nervous I get because it’s reality, and in reality, I’m invincible.”

Tyson hung up his gloves in 2005 after retiring to his stool in the sixth round against journeyman boxer Kevin McBride.

The last time he stepped into the ring was for an eight-round exhibition with fellow boxing legend Roy Jones Jr in November 2020, which ended in a draw.

Paul knocked out NBA star Nate Robinson on the undercard in his second professional fight and has fought eight times since then, accumulating a 9-1 record with his only loss coming against Tommy Fury in February 2023.
