Known for constantly sharing fitness tips and workout routines, the Jumanji The star recently shared a biceps workout with her Instagram followers. “We descended like animals into the hot jungle of Iron Paradise today,” he said in the caption of the post.
The routine includes performing Zottman curls using a twist on standard biceps curls, as he advised his followers to do four sets to failure, which is believed to increase the possibility of muscle growth. The actor also suggested keeping it “slow and always in control” because it includes several handles.
“Several supinated, pronated and neutral holds throughout” he mentioned in his Instagram caption before adding: “It burns like an MF. Give it a shot,” and encouraged his supporters to finish their week strong.
