Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox have ended their rocky relationship, which led them to seek couples therapy amid cheating rumors.
They were initially very open about their love for each other and announced their engagement in 2022 after two years of dating. Fans were shocked by the engagement, with MGK criticized for proposing a ring designed with thorns so it would hurt when Megan took it off.

MGK faces cheating rumors following Megan’s cryptic message
It didn’t take long for cracks to appear in their relationship, with Megan accusing her fiancé of cheating in a cryptic Instagram post. Alongside a selfie in the bathroom mirror, the actress wrote: “You can taste the dishonesty/it’s everywhere in your breath.”
The quote is taken from Beyoncé’s hit song, Pray You Can Catch Me. The full lyrics of this verse read: “You can taste the dishonesty. It takes your breath away as you take it from so cavalier manner. But even this is a test. Constantly aware of all this. My lonely ear pressed against the walls of your world.
Megan also deleted MGK’s photos from her social media. However, the couple reunited and reportedly underwent couples therapy, with their marriage back on track in July last year.
Megan confirms end of engagement to MGK
It appears their reconciliation didn’t last long, with Megan recently speaking out about the state of their relationship. Speaking to Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast in March, Megan admitted that calling off the engagement was “accurate” but stressed that they weren’t necessarily broken up.
Megan explained: “What I can say is that he’s what I call my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a bond around him no matter what. I can’t say what his capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him in one way or another, beyond that I am not willing to explain.
Over the years, the Jennifer’s Body star has worked hard to keep her love life out of the spotlight despite pressure from her fans. She said: “I could see them being confusing or interesting to people, and they were like, ‘What’s new?'”
“What I learned from that relationship is that it’s not for public consumption,” she added. “So I think at this point I don’t have any comment on the status of the relationship per se.”
