DUBLIN, Sept 1 (Reuters) – Ireland auctioned 1.25 billion euros of 10- and 28-year debt on Thursday at yields of 2.2% to 2.7%, well above last time as the debt agency sold the bonds, in its first sale since the European Central Bank began raising interest rates.

The National Treasury Management Agency has raised 7 billion euros on the bond market since the beginning of the year. It had planned to raise 10-14 billion euros in 2022 but canceled an auction in June after government borrowing needs fell.
