INXS guitarist Tim Farriss and his wife, Beth, are packing their things to move to North Sydney.
The couple bought a five-bedroom log house in 1939 in Narrabeen, after selling their two-bedroom apartment in Fairlight and a 37-hectare property named Willabrook in the Southern Highland village of Upper Kangaroo River.
Tim and Beth made $ 6.07 million from the two sales and paid $ 3.9 million for the north-back lakeside house, reports news.com.au.

It comes as INXS gears up for its own live music production, with longtime manager Chris Murphy revealing that the group has teamed up with Universal and Warner Chappell to bring the show to life.
“If all goes according to plan, we could have a reading table with actors in Sydney in early 2021. That would be our hope,” producer Michael Cassel told the Sydney Morning Herald.
“Now it’s about creating a story that can draw inspiration from these songs in a new and compelling way.
