Cash-strapped Inter Milan have been offered a new £ 20million sponsorship deal from porn company Stripchat as their 30-year association with Pirelli comes to an end.
The Serie A giants have long been sponsored by tire maker Pirelli, which earns around £ 10million a year from the deal.
News of the couple’s split earlier this month ended one of football’s most iconic kit partnerships – dating back to the 1995/96 season.
The likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wesley Sneijder and Adriano have all donned the famous black and blue stripes over the years.
And adult cam company Stripchat has already set its mark on becoming Inter’s new sponsor – sending out a proposal to club chiefs, along with a mockup of what the jersey would look like.
Inter’s financial woes have grabbed the headlines, with the Italian club looking for a £ 146million infusion of funds to ensure it can continue to operate as an operation next season.
Meanwhile, Inter reportedly missed a payment to Manchester United under the deal which saw them sign Romelu Lukaku.
Serie A executives bought Lukaku for £ 73million in 2019, but it is understood they still owe £ 43million of that money and a £ 4.3million bonus n has not been paid recently.
