India Tour of Bangladesh: Sony Sports Network has acquired the rights to broadcast the upcoming India vs Bangladesh ODI and Test series in India. Rohit Sharma-led Men in Blue will visit their neighbors for three ODIs and two Tests in what is an important series heading into 2023. Sony Sports is already gearing up for the mega clash, releasing their promo for the same. India will face Bangladesh in two Tests and three ODIs next month. The ODI series will begin on December 4, with the first test match played on December 14. The 50 games will be held at Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on December 4-7 while the final ODI will be played at Chattogram on December 10. Chattogram will also host the 1st test, before returning to Dhaka for the series finale.

Rohit Sharma will return as captain after being rested following India’s T20 World Cup campaign. The Hit-Man will feature in both ODIs and Tests, with KL Rahul serving as his deputy. All of the first-choice players will be available for the series except for the absence of Ravindra Jadeja, who is out through injury.

The ODI series make the return of India’s main XI after pulling out of contests over 50 years in the run up to the T20 World Cup. The end of the year marks the start of India’s preparation for the 2023 World Cup with 11 months until the World Cup on home soil. As for the Test series, India are still in contention for a place in the WTC Finals and need to win both matches to increase their chances of making it to the Lords.
The Men in Blue will fly to Bangladesh on December 1 and return on December 27 after the tour. The games will be streamed live on India’s Sony Sports Ten 5 Channel, Sony Sports Ten 3 Channel and Sony Sports Ten 4 Channel.
