Inbee Park, seven-time winner, will participate in a virtual match play organized by the LPGA.
South Korean Park and compatriot Ryu So-yeon will face New Zealander Lydia Ko and Swedish Pernilla Lindberg.
The teams will play an 18-hole four-hole game and an 18-hole four-ball game in a virtual version of Bethpage Black in New York.
The $ 10,000 (£ 8,200) prize will go to a charity for the relief of coronaviruses.
The LPGA season has been suspended since February due to the pandemic.
Park, who won the last LPGA event in Australia, is the reigning Olympic champion, while Ryu has won six titles on the circuit.
Lindberg beat Park in California in 2019 to win his first major, while Ko is a double major winner.
