‘I hate to compare’ – American bodybuilder explains why Arnold Schwarzenegger is a bigger action star than Dwayne Johnson

In show business and beyond, two charismatic personalities captivated audiences. Dwayne Johnson is renowned for his personality and acting skills and Arnold Schwarzenegger, known as “The Terminator”, is one of the most iconic names in bodybuilding and pop culture. Recently, another famous bodybuilder Jay Cutler in his podcast made a comparison between the two icons. He declared who is the real action hero for him.

Cutler likes to voice his opinions on his podcast. Currently, his recent comparison has made him the talk of the town. In his podcast, he also spoke about who should be the ideal representative of the Classic Physique division.

On his podcast named Cutler Cast, Cutler spoke in depth about the Mr. Olympia contest and compared Dwayne Johnson and Schwarzenegger. The WWE Superstar, known as ‘The Rock’, has an inspiring journey in WWE while Arnie revolutionized the bodybuilding industry. Moreover, both stars are famous for their heavy action sequences and stunts in Hollywood movies.

Both are doing well in Hollywood and are megastars. But Cutler has a firm choice because he thinks his fellow professional bodybuilder is a bigger action star.

He explained his thinking by saying“He always had a character he played, Kindergarten Cop, so his aura on stage, like him walking through the expo, is reminiscent of the crowd of people guy. I hate to compare, but Dwayne Johnson a few years ago, when he was the action guy, Arnold was bigger than that.

During his conversation, Jay referred to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s contribution to the development of the bodybuilding profession. He recognized Rock’s contribution to WWE and his accomplishments in his career.

But he thinks Arnold is a bigger action star after insight into his movies, action sequences and high level of dedication to fitness. Cutler also recalled the case where Schwarzenegger interviewed him.

In Cutler’s opinion, Schwarzenegger is truly dedicated to bodybuilding. Although he no longer competes, his dedication to fitness and constant training is known to all.

While talking about Mr. Olympia and the Arnold Classic, Cutler recalls his time competing for the title. He remarked on how competition influenced his career.

Arnold Classic is very close to Cutler’s heart as he rose to fame in this competition. His three victories at the Arnold Classic brought him fame and name even before entering the Open division of Olympia. He thinks that after Mr. Olympia it is the most prestigious competition.
