Megan Fox is in her blue period – literally and figuratively. The actor recently swapped his pastel pink hair for a “blue jeans” shade, and now his makeup and manicure are blue, too.
The Taurus queen’s latest look doesn’t just feature long, flowing aqua blue waves and matching turquoise nails, both of which are pretty significant in their own right. As the main dish, makeup artist Jenna Kristina added crystal-clear, sparkling tears under Fox’s lower lash line. “Don’t cry tears, we cry diamonds,” Fox wrote in the caption. There’s a lot to look at here, and I really can’t decide which item is my favorite, so let’s break it down, shall we?
Fox debuted blue hair accompanied by a bob, but she’s been rocking longer lengths lately, sweeping her shoulders in the prettiest shade of pure turquoise and making her blue eyes pop. A pop of dark hair peeked through at the roots, giving it an effortless edge and freshness.
Kristina groomed Fox’s brows to perfection, then applied a mix of light, shimmer, and pale pink shadows to her lids, anchoring the ethereal colors with bold black eyeliner on the upper and lower lash line and down the outside and applying false eyelashes to the upper lashes. The ‘tears’ were created with tiny gemstones, applied directly under the lower lash line and ‘dripping’ downward. The apricot glossy lips and blush picked up the shade of her eyeshadow and kept the palette light and angelic, and I’m obsessed.
