However, the supply of technologies such as display driver chips, sensors, wireless transmission chips and analog chips will still be outsourced to suppliers, as the company only focuses on the key areas for the moment. Currently, Huawei is working on manufacturing its own AI processors and chips while simultaneously working on wired and wireless connectivity chips, which are expected to be deployed by the second quarter of 2020.
